At Children’s Bereavement Center of South Texas, we provide peer support groups for children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. We also are able to provide individual and family counseling if needed. Our licensed professional counselors will determine what services will benefit your family after an intake assessment is completed.

Children, adolescents, and young adults between ages of 3-24 are eligible to be enrolled in our services. Services can also be extended to the child’s family once enrolled.

 All of our services are offered at no cost to the families that we serve.

Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday, 9 AM-3 PM. Appointments are scheduled based on the availability of our therapists.

Our San Antonio office is located at 205 West Olmos Drive, San Antonio, TX, 78212 and our Uvalde office is located at 319 N. Getty Street Uvalde, TX 78801.

Your family will then be scheduled for an interview and assessment. Each child will then be provided with a care plan which may include, individual counseling, groups, camp options, or school-based sessions.
